Your First Visit

For your initial visit:
- Contact your dentist to get a detailed referral prior to your appointment.
- Fill out our registration forms online to expedite the check in process or call our office to request paperwork be mailed to you.
- Once you’re here, you and your oral surgeon will discuss your medical/dental history.
- Bring a complete list of your medications, allergies, and medical problems.
- We will develop a treatment plan to cater to your individual needs.
- After a plan is agreed upon, you’ll work with our team to check your insurance coverage and review payment options.
- Schedule your surgery at an appropriate date to accommodate your busy schedule.
