Administration
Our professional management team at Conestoga Oral Surgery has many years of experience in managing each of our
three locations with skill. Our attentive staff efficiently runs our office and care for our patients and assist
our doctors and staff. The Management team manages our business operations in a manner that allows us to serve
you best.
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
The surgical staff at Conestoga Oral Surgery are experienced dental assistants, who assist your doctor with
surgery and IV sedation. All of our surgical staff is required to pass the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National
Certification Examination (DAANCE) after one year of employment at Conestoga Oral Surgery. This exam provides in
depth training that allows the staff to provide supportive anesthesia care in a safe and effective manner. Each
member of our surgical staff is CPR certified.
INSURANCE AND BILLING
The billing and insurance department is a vital team within the Conestoga Oral Surgery family. They are
responsible for keeping up to date on the everchanging world of both dental and medical insurance. If you have
any questions regarding your treatment bill or coverage for a specific procedure, they are an excellent
resource.
FRONT OFFICE
Our caring and efficient office staff ensures that things run smoothly during your visit at Conestoga Oral
Surgery. They are responsible for scheduling your consultation and surgery appointments and are the friendly
faces that will greet you during the check in and check out process in our office. They are always willing to
answer any questions that you may have.
IMPLANT COORDINATORS
Each of our locations has a designated Implant Coordinator. These staff members are your liaison to dental
implants here at Conestoga Oral Surgery. They work closely with our referring dentists to ensure your visit is
smooth and we are prepared for your day of surgery. In addition to their vast knowledge of dental implants, they
also are responsible for implant inventory and providing you with an itemized breakdown of cost and insurance
coverage.
STERILIZATION
The sterilization team at Conestoga Oral Surgery ensures that all of our instrumentation is sterilized according
to current OSHA and CDC standards. They work efficiently to ensure that our doctors and surgical staff have all
of the necessary instrumentation to complete your surgery.
